After telling us about horses Cordoban cartoneros, colonial biomulas and current narcomulas, Adriana Bustos invites us to move to her new show to share shrewd observations made drawings, videos and installations. “Resources” is the result of an investigation into urgent conditions of the present and its most recent archaeology. What are the raw materials, products and waste processing (narco) contemporary social machine? To answer this question, as the naturalists for two hundred years, the artist traveling: the Yungas salteñas, museums, Medellín, archives, files, Istanbul and Cordoba, always Córdoba.

Real and virtual libraries were ransacked in search of information, cases, anecdotes, tracks, indexes, relationships, multiple relationships. The wealth of information offered by the works calls to active readers that we delay in a careful reading as if it were an old book of Botany of the West Indies.
In the manner of an image produced during the ingestion of ayahuasca, the works unfold traces and connections without establishing causal lines or space-temporal. The juxtaposition appears as the poetic strategy privileged by Bustos to explore the power of the image space that the story creates between words and things, between colonial times and the post-colonial era, between Nature and Culture.
